Overview

Find Your True North (FYTN) strives to maintain transparency and fairness in every client interaction. Since our services combine digital assessments, AI-generated reports, and time-based counselling sessions, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the specific service type.

Cancellations

A. VIP Test and Reports

Once the VIP Test has been completed and your report generated, cancellations cannot be processed.
These are personalized, instantly delivered products, and therefore non-cancellable.

B. Counselling Sessions

You may cancel or reschedule a counselling session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are counted as completed sessions and are non-refundable.
For counselling packages, cancellations must be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no session has yet taken place.

C. Workshops

Workshop registrations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start.
Users can opt for a full refund or transfer their registration to a future workshop.

To cancel a service or session, please email support@findyourtruenorth.co.in with your name, registered email address, payment receipt, and reason for cancellation.

Refunds

A. VIP Test and Report

Due to the instant and customized nature of these digital services, the VIP Test and Report are non-refundable.

B. Counselling Services

If you are unsatisfied after your first session, you may request a partial refund of up to 75 percent within 7 days of purchase.
Refunds are not available after two or more sessions in a package have been completed.
If FYTN cancels a session or is unable to reschedule it, you are eligible for a full refund.

C. Workshops

Refunds are available in full if the workshop is cancelled at least 48 hours before its start time.
No refunds will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.

Refund Processing

Once a refund request has been approved:

The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
