By using our website, taking the VIP Test, or enrolling in any FYTN service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws under the jurisdiction of India.

FYTN provides:

  • AI-enabled career assessments (VIP Test)

  • Personalized VIP Reports

  • Career counselling sessions with experts

  • Access to learning roadmaps and growth resources

These services are educational and advisory in nature and do not guarantee job placement or specific career outcomes.

Our services are open to:

  • Students in schools or universities

  • Early-career professionals

  • Adults seeking career transitions

Minors under 18 must have parent/guardian consent before booking sessions or sharing data.

Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

  • Once a counselling plan begins, fees are non-refundable except under special conditions approved by FYTN management.

  • If you are unsatisfied after your first week of counselling, you may request a 75% refund within 7 days, as per our satisfaction guarantee.

Intellectual Property

All FYTN content, including the VIP Test, algorithms, visuals, and written material, is protected under copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without written consent.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Use FYTN services for personal, lawful purposes

  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the AI systems

FYTN reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or non-compliance.

AI & Expert Disclaimer

FYTN’s AI tools generate recommendations based on data patterns and psychometric models.
Final career decisions should involve personal judgment and, where applicable, expert counselling sessions.

We combine AI insights with human expertise to provide the most holistic career guidance possible — not automated decision-making.

Limitation of Liability

FYTN shall not be held liable for:

  • Career or educational outcomes resulting from user decisions

  • Technical interruptions or third-party errors

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our services are meant to guide — not replace — your personal or institutional decision-making.

Termination

FYTN may suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of:

  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior

  • Violation of Terms or Privacy Policy

  • Non-payment or misuse of the platform

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, India.
